Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.


1. Statutory Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected. This means:

  • Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

  • If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

  • Refunds for faulty goods will be issued without undue delay, and within 14 days of us confirming a refund is due.

  • We will not charge fees for processing a refund relating to faulty goods.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


2. Cancellation Rights for Online Orders (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the item.

To cancel your order:

  1. Notify us clearly within the 14-day period.

  2. Return the item within 14 days of cancellation.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.


3. Brand New Items (UK Orders)

We accept returns of brand new items within 28 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and with original packaging/tags).

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.


4. Pre-Loved / Second-Hand Items (UK Orders)

We do not accept returns on pre-loved items unless:

  • The item is not as described

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is not fit for purpose

Each case will be assessed individually in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. International Orders (Outside the UK)

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom:

  • We do not normally accept returns or exchanges.

  • Returns may only be accepted if agreed in writing before purchase.

  • If a return is agreed, the full return shipping cost will normally be borne by the customer.

This section does not affect the customer’s rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods, which remain protected under UK law.


6. Faulty Goods (All Customers)

If you believe an item is faulty:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with details (and photos, if applicable).

  2. We may request that the item be returned for inspection.

  3. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

  4. Where required by law, the cost of returning faulty goods will be covered by us.


7. Unfair Terms & Compliance

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

  • No part of this policy is intended to limit or exclude your legal rights.

  • If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.
