Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

• Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.

• To cancel an order, please email us at footleaguestore@gmail.com with your order details.

• If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and the customer must follow the returns process outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Subscription or Pre-Order Cancellations

• If you have pre-ordered an item, you may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund.

• Subscription-based purchases (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will only be issued if the cancellation occurs before the start of a new billing cycle.

Payment Reversals

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

• If a payment dispute is raised via a bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to investigate the claim and respond in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
